I like me a great burger about once per month. Kelowna's fatburgers burgers are about a 10/10 for the chain. They really care that you have a great burger and fries experience. Absolutely delicious. Great staff too.

Always happy with the service and staff. This is the ONLY place I bring my vehicles; and I live in Vernon. The staff is always thorough and they make sure to provide a detailed list of everything that needs to be done; as well as a list of everything that should get done. They are always trying to find the best price and never try to add extras.

Fantastic place. Great location. A short walk to SilverStar village where the gondola is and bars and restaurants are.
The place has an excellent hot tub which is fabulous after a full day of skiing or boarding. Very fashionable and impeccably clean place. Really grateful for the dry skin lotion which was located with the hot tub towels. Lots of towels provided. All pots and pans and a Krueger coffee machine 🙂
All round wonderful stay. Highly recommended and would love to stay again in the future.

This is heart attack food made worth it.  Its so delicious and sinfully good. I think the burgers are amazing and the kids chicken strip baskets are not your typical frozen tasting ones, kids get cookies with the meal- they're really good. I would compare the burger to a smaller licks or five guys.  They come in baskets and you order at the front and then go and wait for your food at the table, usually never takes more than 5 minutes to have your food ready.  They check up on you once and usually isn't necessary unless you need extras:)

I was in from out for the weekend and my brakes were making a grinding noise. I called Paragon and the customer service was great. They got my vehicle in that day, gave me a quote within the hour and promised that the vehicle would be completed the same day.

Besides all the great personal services, Paragon has a unique maintenance tracking system that gives me a report card of my vehicle. No more guessing games, I always know exactly what maintenance is due when base on how many kilometers I drive a day. I can finally review my vehicles maintenance plan and budget ahead of time instead of it being sprung on me at the shop.

These are the happiest employees at a restaurant I have ever met. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. My burgers are always great and they have the best milkshakes.
